Alice had her own story written about her: because she fell DOWN the rabbit-hole. I had to write a story of my own, only I had to find my own way THROUGH it. DOWN (prep) was part of it: a specific point of view / a specific point of entry, but there was more to it…

A push THROUGH (THE LOOKING GLASS) on the other hand would allow for an entirely different situation to take place. It would create a new direction. It would tell another story. Perhaps this path is one more direct… perhaps this direction is one worth traversing… perhaps I should find a way to change my (pre)position…
